Ukes & Banjolele Trio - The Quirkies

Three uku-ladies aka The Quirkies, were at new Highgate Open Mic on Friday 21st August, amongst a bunch of other talented musicians. Our set ranging from blues to dixieland and calypso, went down well with the friendly population of The Old Crown TOC. My two talented, intermediate ukulele learners, Helen and Kim, have been committed to learning how to sing and play for more than a year and are more and more confident performing to an audience now.
