'Pinked'! Spring Show & Open Day

Spring Show Open Day 2015. Immensely proud of our young and adult learners at their second ever public performance with the ukulele club. The children played a thirty minutes set supported by parents. Each performance was briefly introduced and graded from beginner 1 to beginner 2 and intermediate level ability. The repertoire was varied and well recieved, children were able to interpret, sing second part harmonies and use physical theatre as well teaching new comers. After playing they went into the audience with their ukes and asked children guests to try out a simple chord or a song and showed them how easy it is to pick up the ukulele and enjoy performing with it.
